Remote Support

The purpose of this page is to enable CBS staff to support existing customers remotely.

If you have been directed to this page by a CBS staff member, please do the following:

1. Click the Run Ammyy Admin button below.

Ammyy Admin will start and a number will appear in the 'Your ID' box.

2. Tell the CBS staff member the ID number.

3. Click Start.
